Delivery and installationConduct comprehensive performance test and provide instruction manuals and product certificate before delivery.We are responsible for the installation and training of products, maintenance and other corresponding technical cooperation.2. Warranty is one year from the date of arrival, we also provide lifelong free maintains service and regular return visit to products, actively solicits users' opinions, and assists users in the operation and maintenance of products. 3. Our company has opened 24-hour service hotline for all after-sales services such as commissioning, installation and maintenance.4. The following terms are not covered by warranty:(1) Failure beyond warranty period(2) Faults caused by fire, earthquake, lightning, and other natural disasters(3) Improper movement of the product after installation or artificial failure(4) Faults caused by other people's repair or modification besides the designated After-sales service personnelTraining of staffIn order to ensure normal operation of apparatus and improve the operation quality, our company provides users with necessary operation maintenance and skill training. In special circumstances, our company can go to hospitals for on-site training, so that every operator in clinical department can have a comprehensive learning opportunity in theory, manufacturing process and actual operation.
